Public hospital treatment

I am disappointed on how my husband has been treated in relation to visiting our infant daughter. The current paediatric ward visiting hours are outside of his working. He was asked to leave while I was still giving him an update on her condition. What makes matters worse is that when he comes after work, that's when I get to wash and sterilise baby bottles, bath and do other things. It honestly doesn't not make sense why a parent would be limited with a child admitted.
