Poor treatment at Worcester hospital Capetown

Good day all I would like to share to the rest of people what I faced at Worcester hospital in Capetown, I got involved in an accident at De Doorns when the ambulance came the paramed he found us busy indicating to others road users that they is an accident. He made me sleep on the stretcher and he started rolling bandages all over me against that stretcher and he put tape to hold my head very tight I could not even move at all that's wen I saw that this is wrong, I asked to remove it from me cos I was not even comfortable he made me to sign that I refused to be tightened. When we got at Worcester hospital it was a nightmare the doctor I saw there shouted at me saying why did I refused he shawed no sign of mercy to a person that just came from a very big accident. He then made me to go on bed where he just touched my neck pressing it with his finger then he took a small blanket fold it and a tape to hold my head very tight I could not move, I tald he that my neck is fine but he insisted. I was made to sleep on my back with that blanket and tape holding my head for about 3hrs. I aske the nurses that I want to use the bathroom they said I must do it on that bed eish I felt so humiliated, I tald them that I was no longer feeling OK and the doctor ignored me they said to me I have a blocked span I asked them that how did they see it because for about 3hrs I was not put on an xray, we got in that hospital at around 530am till about 9am no treatment no xray, the only punishment I got was to be pressed on a bed for hours, the doctor said to me if I did not want to be tightened was did I come to that hospital and some of the nurses where talking to me in Afrikaans when they could see that I cannot hear it. I then forced myself out of that bed and leave that hospital cos it was my life not the life of the doctor who ignored pple from an accident. I left to go and get help from private health care. Truelly speaking there is covid out there who will want to stay for hours in the hospitals. This Worcester hospital really disappointed me and shawed no mercy, serious we heading to that time were lot of people travel and were the country will be faced with accidents but how can we trust our hospitals if they are busy treating people like this. Accident it does not choose where you come from but this hospital because I am from Zimbabwe that's why they ignored me like that.
