Poor telephonic etiquette

Contacting the life recovery center is a nightmare, your call is answered by the security officers at the main gate, while the reception is manned but probably to sophisticated to answer calls from external persons. No identification of who answers your call and also not professional when your call is returned to the switchboard they just disconnect you no explanation given.
