poor staff/nurses

Worst hospital by far, absolutely zero consideration for patients healing seeking rest.. I was woken up at 10pm to ask if I want tea, if a patient is asleep should he not be bothered?let alone woken up for tea staff are loud, unprofessional laughing and talking about personal issues at past 10pm, banging shuffling, cleaning at past 10pm... worst experience by far definitely did not get the rest or quiet that was required hated ward D
