Good Day, Regarding the below complaint,

I`ve been reporting this matter to you(Life Healthcare) as from 2019, I`ve also put a complaint on Hello Peter and you advised that you will attend to this matter after I`ve submitted to you the name of the Hospital which I did, Today is the 20/03/2020 and no one has attended to this matter, you decided to hand over this matter to your debt counselor/s, I advised the debt counselor to refer this matter to court in order for the court to hear my side of this story, I`ve logged a dispute in 2019 and no one has attended to i up until todayt, so if you are refusing to attend to my dispute then we will have to go to court, You are supposed to be a professional medical care organization, but the way you attend to our complaints says something else about Life Healthcare,

Regarding the attached invoice/account,

I'm not willing to pay for the outstanding balance, because

You ordered a belt for my wife's back without my permission, we were not informed that you will be ordering a belt, we just saw someone coming with a belt, fitted it, asked me to sign and left,

The price and conditions were not explained to me, that belt was very expensive so now you expect me to pay for charges that the medical aid didn't pay, I will not be ****** by life,

Please escalate this matter to the hospital manager or C. E. O of life Healthcare, if I don't hear anything then I will log a complaint on Hello Peter and every other social network,
