Poor service for patients at Fourways Life

I am very disturbed. Received a message at 3am from a friend who has recently had surgery. Staff not responding to patients needs quick enough with a nonchalant attitude. This is unacceptable because nurses and staff members are put on duty to ensure that patients are taken care of. Also Fourways Life Hospital was recommended as the best ... I am concerned because what can we do from the outside if the care advisors put our loved ones at risk when noone is looking.
