Poor service for patients

I must say life carstenhof is the worst 😫 😩 private hospital. The service is poor especially their casualty, u will wait for more than three hours before you can be attended by the Dr who works alone in their emergency unit. No one will give you any explanation even the nurses they are rude and if you don't complain they don't attend you. I will never go to that hospital ever and even my family and friends will know that Carstenhof is same as public hospital. Unit manager was call on 16/05/2022 but failed to even apologize to patients for bad treatment, we were given business card to send email if we want to complain but they were there failed to solve the complain
