Poor service

I gave birg at life roseacres hospital The staff is friendly and always up for a chat. But my daughter was in nicu and i would constantly have to beg for updates on her progress, upon release she hsd not recieved the bpg vaccine that babies recieve at birthand i had to run around like a headless chicken trying to get her vaccinated and the vaccine is not available at pharmacies. Also there is a card that they give us when shes released but on her card there only information was her name, no blood type, birth weight or any information that had fields to be filled in. They also disnt issue me with a proof of birth or assistance with the birth certificate in hospital whereelse people who had babies around the same time had theirs done at the hospital.
