Poor Service by Nursing Staff

On the 15th January 2023 I went to Roseacres hospital in Primrose, I arrived at 11:45 am and the service at casualty was slow. The nurse who assisted me with my vitals showed know sense of enthusiasm or eagerness to assist me. I was then sent to Cubical 2 where I waited for the doctor, while waiting, the nurses never bothered to stabilise me or attend to me in any way, instead they were walking around, conversing, laughing without giving any indication of when the doctor would assist me. An hour later, to my frustration I decided to leave the cubical and only then did a nurse ask where I was going to which I responded that I was leaving, only then did that nurse and the unit manager inform me that the doctor is coming to see me.

I am very appalled by this service as I had considered Life to be one of the best healthcare providers. The staff has completely failed this facility and I am saddened that I had to go home without receiving premium healthcare services due to poor staff behaviour. Unfortunately my medical will pay for the consultation fee which will not be reimbursed, while I never received any assistance. Moreover, I had driven myself to and from the hospital in a critical case, having wasted my time.
