Poor service at Trauma centre

<p>Took my daughter to the Trauma centre at the Life Westville Hospital last night 06/03/2017 at 7pm. She showed symptoms of a UTI. Waited an hour and 15 mins just to see the receptionist for medical aid authorisation. There was no drinking water available. When I asked the receptionist get help, he told me that he had already asked for help a while ago and that no one had come to help him. I'm very disappointed with the service at this PRIVATE hospital! </p>
