Poor service at Glynnwood Hospital, Benoni

Never in all my years of living, did I ever expect to get such poor service from such a well known hospital, such as this one. Since being admitted on Friday 13 June 2025, nothing has gone right at this hospital. You cannot even complain about any service in this hopital whatsoever, because there isn't any to begin with. There is a HUGE communication gap, between all the staff, when you try to complain, to the unit manager, everything gets thrown completely out of sync, promises are made, that just aren't kept. You as a human being, are basically treated lke cattle. The staff have no calling, or passion for their work, all they think about, is getting their wages at month end, there is absolutely no compassion for any patient at all. This will be the very last time, that I will ever use this hospital ever again. The doctors that work here, treat their patients, like a number or a cash ***, without any thought, as too why the patient is suffering, or in severe pain, they just want ro be a money making racket. All the medical staff, continiuously play a waiting game, trying to see how long they can keep you here, just to get paid. The so called maintenance being done at the hospital, does not include doing anything on the inside of the wards. The wards are in a terrible state, the bathroom's rooms drains stink, there's holes in the walls, everything is dirty & you are expected to lie down in all of this. No-one will tell you what is happening, & my frustration has now gone through the roof. I was here, for 8 days in September 2024, & this hospital has gone so backwards in the last 9 months, I am very suprised that it is still standing. I will most certainly not be recommending this hospital, to anyone, in the near future at all.
