Poor service at entabeni

I was rushed to cardiac high care on saturday. The service with the nursing staff is disgraceful. Fortunately i was fully aware of my surroundings.. I felt so sorry for the patients that are really really sick. They are just given meds and left to suffer. There is no nurse stationed with the patients at all times so if you having a heart attack, you will most probably die before the nursing staff responds. I must commend chatsmed from admin to nurses. The nurses are at your beck and call. Right up to the ward hostess. People have this perception about chatsmed and prefer the other service providers.. Dont be fooled. I would rate chatsmed as a 10 and entabeni as a 0. They day and night staff dont care. I must commend the black nurses though, they are so committed. The indian team leaders do absolutely nothing to assist. Really sad, i will never go back to entabeni. I would suggest hidden cameras be pui in the high care units at entabeni so as to monitor. If this continues, many patients will die
