Poor service and waiting times

Once again Same **** that's happening with my dad He is been sitting here from 7 30pm Now it's 21.45 The staff now tell me the blood results will come out after 2 hours...

Is this how the life hospital treats out people here

This hospital need to make things go faster And not let people wait so many hours...

Again they only admitted my dad now at 12.30pm
They need more doctors.
The service is poor this private hospital now coming like a government hospital. The waiting times needs to improve
