Poor service and negligence at Entabeni life, durban.

Poor negligence service from Entabeni life in durban. My son was admitted at Entabeni life hospital with a fracture on the 4th December, went to theater on the 5th for pins, he was supposed to come back and get them removed after 2 weeks but the doctor who attended him was on leave and we were told to wait until he comes back. My son's hand started swelling, oozing pus as he developed an infection. We couldn't wait no more, we rushed to the hospital on the 4th of January, at the trauma unit we were admitted and told only that doctor who treated him for fracture will help us. We waited again for the doctor to come back from Cape Town and the doctor attended my son on the 6th of jan. Am so disappointed and hurt, how can My son's life depend on 1 doctor who is away from work.

At the admission desks also I sat there in front alone and ignored, the staff lady was playing with her cellphone and other guy took 3 calls, I had to go ask at the help desk to get me a person to assist me, that's when I got to be assisted.
