poor service and incompetency

I was admitted in life Flora hospital in 2 different incidences . They have failed to get updated authorization for my hospital stay and have mixed up procedures thus my medical aid has not paid the claims because of that incompetency . been calling them to get issue sorted out but always promise to get it don't and don't deliver on that promise . I'm swimming in medical debts because of their incompetency . case manager always makes promises but never delivers . pathetic service I have received .
