Poor service

The service at Glynwood hospital in Benoni is appalling, one they booked me up for a follow-up appointment that they scheduled and i still had to wait almost 2 hours to be attended to. Secondly the treatment i got from the staff is way below par. The sister that assisted me treated as though she was doing me a favourand i asked to report that to her superior Anelin and she was rude and yelling at me and never gave me an opportunity to explain and i work in retail and this kind of service I'm not gonna expect at all because i don't offer my client's this kind of service.

I'm not gonna allow this kind of service when I'm a paying client when i explained my level of dissatisfaction i was yelled at, that for me is utterly disrespectful and unacceptable for a brand as big as Life healthcare.
