Poor service

Wow....the pathetic experience i had last night at life cosmos hospital in Witbank is out of this world. Got there 21h50 and the doctor only attended me at 3h30...only because i was now complaining. At that time i was in so much pain.. is this the service we pay for? And is not for the 1st time. Other family closed their file and left to life midmed in middelburg with a coughing child.
