Poor service

The nurses were nice but the overall service is terrible. I went there about a month ago and I was not assisted because other people were more urgent than me. They told me I could sit at the reception for more than 4 hours AFTER I had already paid the admin fee. I was told it would be refunded but I still haven't recieved it. I've sent many emails and called to recieve my money back and they still have not paid back. At this point it's not even about the money but the fact that I've wasted so much time with this institution. Poor service.
