Poor service

Patient 74 yrs had long waiting time in casuality as No porters were available to take him to a ward. Doctors only came at 12 at night to attend to him. Patient is not on medical aid and had to pay cash up front at private rates....when patient was given a go ahead to get discharged by one the the treating doctors....the admitting doctor was not available and phone was off. This is unacceptable and for Flora being a Private hospital.
