POOR POOR SERVICE AND INEFFICIENT

I am totally appalled at the shocking attitude, complete absence of any system and inefficiencies prevalent at Vincent Pallotti hospital. Firstly, we were greeted quite rudely and only after we conversed for a while did the admisssions clerks attitude change.

I understand the triage system fairy well but believe me they have no such system working. After 3 hours of waiting we asked for an idea of when we would be assîtes and were told another hour. We chose to go to another hospital.

Staff behaviour leaves much to be desired. Where has the professionalism gone.

I am definitely not encouraged by private health care service in SA. Somewhere something is wrong and you have to ask whether the high costs is warranted.
