Poor Patient Service

On the 24/02/2019, I took my wife to the emergency department in Life Entabeni Hospital in Durban. The receptionist was very rude and directed me to the other receptionist at the entrance. The female receptionist at the entrance then refused to open a file for my wife because my wife had no ID. Since I am the main member, I suggested that she use mine in the mean time. She again refused. I then decided to leave the hospital Tongo to another nearby hospital. The clerk needs to be trained on how to handle sick patients because anything can happen with a life
