At life health care dalview I took my little girl for an open wound to her head on arival I was told I will open a file before I am helped . She has cerebral pawlsy and the was no medical assessment done on her before there was an open file . This makes me sick as I could might as well have taken her to a provincial state hospital .I took her to n17 in Springs and I was helped immediately
