Poor *********** Staff

Had to pay R5.2K upfront upon admission because of the *********** admission staff. The staff did not know which code to use for Medical Aid hospital authorization resulting rejection by the medical aid. I had to pay R5,2 k upfront for admission and the following day I called the medical aid to establish why my authorization was not approved. They told me that the hospital used the incorrect code. I went back to the hospital for refund and they are taking me from pillar to post , they only reimbursed half of the money and promised to refund the rest but till today, nothing has been done and its been 3 weeks now. All I want is my money back. I am very dissapointed with the service at Life Midmed Healthcare
