Poor Healthcare service

My wife was having a miscarriage and we went to Springs life Parklands hospital and we sat there for more than 3 hours while my wife was bleeding non-stop and in pain they said all the beds are full in their emergency unit. What's the use of private healthcare if the very same things we run away from in public hospitals are happening in these so called private hospitals?
