Poor emergency care

This is the second time we went to life rosepark Bloemfontein Emergancy and yet again no one to receive us upon arrival, my wife had sortness off breath and anxiety but no one was available to help. How is this acceptable. The previous time we were here with our 1 year old wich struggled to breath but we were told to wait for almost 3 hours before we were helped. How is this professional health care and Emargancy care if this is how they treat the customers.
