Poor customer service from Carstenhof Clinic given by Hazel and Vuyiswa

I have been sending emails to ********** and ********** ********** at Life Carstenhof clinic in connection with Dr to fill in the information for my son s accident report and no feedback from them and now the Drs want me to pay the claim form my pocket, whereas I have my Medical Aid Insurance to pay for that account. I felt like they undermine my situation and Hazel keep on telling me that she's is not receiving my emails. If I don't call they don't call me. Can anyone above Hazel and Vuyiswa call me urgently.
