Poor customer service dated back from 2017!

I have just received a call from some lawyers assistant stating that Dalview clinic has handed me over for an outstanding balance of R600.00. What a surprise??! 1. Apparently this is from 2017! Why was I never contacted, emailed or phoned?!! You go through all the trouble of filling in forms every time you get admitted but they opt to rather hand over than to do their damn jobs! 2. My medical aid has full hospital cover. Where does this “hidden” cost come from?? 3. Totally unprofessional to just hand over without consulting the patient, to much of an effort??!?
