Poo services n poor attitude from nurse

I am very very disappointed with the service we received from the receptionist to the nurse that rudely spoke to us and dismissed us from the patient room only to later find out that it was not allow. We confrionted her and arrogantly aurged with us instead of taking accountabilitywith attitude , if u train ur staff to treat black pple differently then i must say m really disappointed n ready to change to Parklane services I was sitting on the floor as i was not provided with a chair in the patient room from 22:30pm I took a vid for the duration that I hv been sitting on the floor I will email it upon request !! Life Brenthurst emergency unit 23 July 2025 between 8:30pm.... until the patient was admitted she was very cold n not provided with enough linen or covers .please exclude the porter n the doctor they were very kind. THE NURSE WHO WAS RUDE COVERED HER NAME TAG SHE IS A MEDIUM HIGHT VERY LIGHT SKINNED AND WEARS A WIG/ WEAVE never going back rather stick to GP referrals as their ward services are good.
