Phone ****** and service

My mom is in the oncology ward at Wilgers Hospital in Pretoria from the 6th December 2021. On the 8th when I arrived there for a visit. I found her with a soaking wet nappy and the sheets on the bed was also wet. I asked my mom when is the last time they bathed her and she could not tell me that they gave her a bath. I walked outside the room and asked the nurse when she was bathed. The nurse looked at me with irritation and just rep**** “I don’t know”.

On the 9th my aunt visited and there was something wrong with my moms phone. She placed the phone away in her locker and then I will get it on the 10th. My aunt left there after 16h30. There was only one other girl with my mom in the room. There was no other visiting hours for the day and from the 10th no visitors was allowed into the hospital.

I arrived on the 10th and stood for two hours outside. Asking the ladies at the door to go find out where is my moms phone. On the end the lady came back with a note. Written in a red pen “NO PHONE!!!!” The phone was ******.

There was no visitors allowed from my aunt left. Who is the probability pointing to and then the only question then left is, did the staff then took the phone.

There is no phones in the rooms and since then it is a struggle that I can just speak to my mom. Today is now day 3, the last time I heard my moms voice. The nurse will also make comments over the phone, that she cannot deal with this woman. The woman is me, begging to speak to my mom.
