Peglarae Hospital Accounts Department

Peglarae Hospital - Accounts Department. After numerous phone calls and two visits to the hospital my medical bill is still not sorted out. It is impossible to speak to a manager, as everybody cover their colleagues. They will not give you the details where to complain or who to speak to. They just transfer you to the relevant case person, who makes many promises, but then nothing happens. I have been in hospital ICU 9 to 11 July 2025. My account is still outstanding due to account department not sending in the correct information to my medical aid. I just don't know what to do anymore to get them to communicate with my medical aid to resolve the payment due.
