Patients gets riipped of by Doctors high tariff charges and huge amount of co-payments

My daughter was admitted last year at this hospital because medical aid was forcing us to use only life hospitals now I'm recieving Bill's after Bill's and when you phone to enquire some of claims are submitted incorrectly and the proper codes have not been used to submit claims on the other hand I was also not informed that the anesthesist are charging discovery rates and that I'm going to be charged extra if I'm on another medical aid I feel it's their duty to inform us and to be given an option to request for another Docter this operation was not such and emergency in order for me to make that decision or had a choice to do so this whole business is such a ******* and abusive towards patients the financial burden of paying medical aid and have a massive amount of bills afterwards is a total destruction in our budgets on one hand we are forced to use these hospitals according to scheme rules and no co-payments and penalty fees will apply but according to the Bill's I'm getting and threaten by accounts to be handed over and black listing will follow with court orders is coming as a shocking suprise to me Its upsetting and something needs to be done in order to assist patients with these type of things and they need to be warned before hand what tariffs are going to charged and if I'm happy about it but to these Doctors it's just n money making business without considering the consequences the patients.
