Pathetic Service, they don't care

I got admitted on Sunday due to migraines, the Dr came to c me and he ordered the treatment , on Tuesday the 24 he requested a cat scan, some responsible phoned the medical aid and they waited for an authorisation, they told me not to eat , which I did the whole day ..upon having asked many of them , a guy from the X ray came and apologised 4 not being able to do the scan the same day as he got the auth late, and he was , allready going home.He left and told me he will do me 1st thing on Wednesday, I waited and waited without eating , I asked a lot of nurses they told me they were waiting for a call fro them, I pressed my bell for about 2 times asking 4 injection as I was in pain, they came and told me they were coming, none of them came, I ended up sleeping in pain.After some time another sister came and we went to the scan and they did it.After I had to talk and complain.Since Tuesday my TV has not been working , I'm forced to sleep even if I don't want to.They eventually sent a guy from the mantainance on Wednesday , he came n checked the TV bt left it of, I've been asking and begging them to sort it out and all I get is the same response that they will call the guy.
