Pathetic service glynnview hospital

I'm extremely upset we came to visit my sister at Glynnview Benoni hospital, we are a big family and we drove quite a distance, we were told that we cannot even exchange and that we need to turn back and that they only allow two visitors, that is honestly pathetic! I understand that the medical centers have different rules but this should not limit us to see our loved ones. How will our loved ones recover when they are limited to see us
