Pathetic service from a well known hospital

What pathetic service we are currently getting from this Hospital!!! My mother in law has been in hospital for 10 days, with a hip replacement. She has now deteriorated so much with not a single call from the doctors or feedback. Each day we see her she is even worse than the day before!!!!!! She doesn't recognize us, she is getting medication and tests done that we are not aware of. Not one "DR" has even had the decency to make a courtesy call and say listen this is the progress / no progress. Don't ever go there for anything.
