Pathetic service from a private hospital

I was admitted to Mount Edgecombe hospital during the month of November, service at admissions was superb but as the potter took me up to the room, the nurse complained about too many admissions, thereafter it took them 35mins before they attended me I was left on the bed with no pillow just a sheet. Imagine a private hospital!!. When the nurses did attend to me, they was loud, rowdy and in a hurry because they needed to attend a baby shower. They couldn't help me with a pillow or switch on the TV. Apparently I needed to wait for the next shift. They continued being loud, it was like being in a shopping mall rather than a hospital. Very unprofessional.. No manners at all.Will not stay at Mount Edgecombe hospital again
