Pathetic Service Flora Hospital

I've brought my dad to emergency unit at 6.03pm, it is now 19:59pm, he has not been seen too. The nurses act as though you are doing them a favor. My dad is covid positive, struggling to breath high temperature. Nurses have not given him anything. He is a heart patient, on dialysis too, but no assistance. This hospital is very very bad in treating patients no care, no sense of urgency, nurses stand around chatting, doctors walking around and no one attending to the Paying patients. Im so angry, saddened and highly highly disappointed! Shame on you Flora Hospital, Shame On You!
