Pathetic service delivery

Its been almost a year now and I still expect answers. Dealing with a miss carriage isn't easy. I had a miss carriage on the 1st of may 2016. Upon which I had gone to my local private hospital to be seen to. Being on medical aid one would think that you would be in good hands. What a joke. Upon my arrival I had to wait in their waiting room whilst I was in pain to see the administrator. Only to be told that. I could go into the trauma rooms and be seen by the doctor whilst they sorted out the medical aid. I was then told that I had to make a payment to the hospital for the doctor to examine me. Which I in turn did. I was treated and sent back to the administration only to be told they couldn't reach the medical aid as it was a public holiday and couldn't get a authorization for me to be admitted. SERIOUSLY ON A PUBLIC HOLIDAY. I was frustrated and said to the administrator if someone was involved in an accident and it was life and death what would happen. In response I was told that they would stabilize the patient and transfer to a public hospital. I was further told that I had to make a payment of between 10 to R12000 in order for me to be admitted. And the next day they would contact the medical aid and check for the authorization. I was sent home bleeding internally and in pain. The next day I had contacted Discovery who had said to me there is always and emergency helpline that's accessible to the hospitals on weekends and on public holidays for emergency cases. I had then contacted the hospital and ask to speak to the person in charge and was transferred to his/her secretary. Who heard my story and asked me to come back to the hospital and be seen to again whilst they got the authorization. Upon arrival to the hospital I had to again pay a fee for the doctor to examine me again to tell me the same thing that was said the day before. I was then sent to the Gynaecologist where I was told that it is Ridiculous as to what's happening and gave me a letter to be admitted immediately. Upon which the hospital now tells me that they have an authorization and I can be admitted. They administration blamed discovery and discovery blamed the hospital. Who is actually to be held responsible? Who is going to take accountability. Had I lost my life that day who would have been held responsible. Is it the hospital or Discovery. The joke is that I'm still being called for a payment of a little over R100 to be made to the hospital. As it was an outstanding balance. Wow this is the kind of people we put our lives in the hands off. I want answers as up until now no clarification has been given. Yet both parties play the blame game.
