Pathetic service

Appauling out patient care! I need a letter for work and I've been waiting for a week for it every time I call the Secretary Sara says she has sent it through and hasn't gotten a response from the doctor and there's nothing she can do. It was my 2nd time visiting this hospital as I was very happy with the treatment the 1st time going forward I will never go there or recommend them to anyone. I can not work without the letter I am waiting for and doctor isn't bothered as he has already been paid
