Pathetic service at Glynwood hospital finace department

I sent two enquiries to Lukas Pieterse via email (***) at finance department on the 15th of January and again on the 07 February 2020 with no response from him, I tried calling him on *** phone is always busy. My wife gave birth at Glynwood Hospital on the 05th of December 2019 and my new born was admitted to NICU, I was then advised to register my new-born and send confirmation as requested by Lukas Pieterse, but I am currently receiving annoying messages from the Glynwood finance department but when I enquire via email Lukas just ignores my emails. The following people were admitted in Hospital: RE Mohlabini *** and K M Mohlabini *** kindly provide me with account statements for both of them or refer me to a person that will assist me.
