Pathetic service and Customer focus

Ever since my dad has been admitted to the Glenwood Hospital in Benoni, I've had endless complaints about his care by nursing staff. They are inconsiderate talking at high volumes while it supposed to be a centre for care and therapy. Patients need rest and quite time.<br> <br> The nurses have a bad attitude and are not customer focused. They seem to always appear lethargic. They have no idea about policy and procedure, are rude and cannot even take proper instructions. My dad is a pure vegetarian yet they gave him beef for lunch. We are Hindus and consuming beef is a sin for us. I am disgusted with the nursing staff and their behaviour begs the question, what kind of manger do they have that allows such putrid behaviour and nursing conduct?<br> <br> Indeed Glenwood, you need to take a look at your business practise and service quality. I'm a medical professional myself and would never recommend or admit any patient to this hospital.<br> <br> I pray this gets attention so something can be done for all future patients.
