Pathetic service

I received a nasty email from the accounts division at this hospital and I called to query and was advised the sister handling complaints would call back the same day. It has now been over a week and I still have not had a call. This from a hospital who was ever so efficient to debit my medical aid and tell me co - payments needed to be made before my surgery, however will now not bother to return my call. Guaranteed I will be listed on the credit bureau by this pathetic excuse for a hospital as I am aware this happens to others, however they fail to return a call. And don't get me started on the terrible service while you are a patient in their establishment, I have the scars to prove it. Will definitely not recomend to everyone I know.
