Pathetic pasient services from ANDRIES LOOTS

My baby was admitted to Eugene Marias hospital for the second time yesterday and this was the first time we had to pay R1300 before he was allowed to be admitted... We have medical aid which does not require any co payments when being admitted but still we were charged before he would get any medical help.... We escalated the matter further after making the payment and having him admitted only to find out that we were not liable to pay ANY co payments we dealt with the admission supervisor ANDRIES LOOTS and he advised that they need to escalate it further now before they can pay our money back. This is pathetic pasient services in my opinion as i need to pay immediately before getting medical help but as soon as we need our money back there is a problem!!! We have gone out of our way to assist him with the necessary documentation like proof of payment and a letter of correspondence from the medical aid stating that there is no co payment!!!! Now we cant even be told when our money will be paid back???? Thats called *****ing people's money!!!! I will never go to EUGENE MARAIS HOSPITAL again and neither will my family i would also never recommend this hospital to anyone as they ***** people's money !!!!!
