pathetic health care by sisters on duty

My brother in law, Mr.Arnes Palm was admitted in the trauma unit on tuesday the 21st July at 14:00, he was injured badly and required special care, the whole time he was admitted he was very unhappy wit the services, sisters were extremely rude and ignored him when he needed help with anything. The evening of the 25th we went to visit him, the rest rooms were atrocious both guest and patient. I believe patients go to private hospitals for a reason, special care and hygiene none of the above mentioned were noted and I feel that someone needs to sort the matter out.
