Pathetic Emergency services

We took our son to the emergency side. We were directed to go in the ambulance entrance. We asked once inside where we should go and nobody had any idea. We then had to walk to reception where we were instructed to fill in medical insurance information. When I enquired when they were going to look at my son they just said that the sister had already looked at him. They had not... after a few minutes l enquired again with the same response. We then decided to leave and took him to Wilgers where he is being treated. I cannot believe how emergencies are treated at private hospitals.
