Pathetic Claims Department and process

<p>My wife had our baby on 11 April 2016. I had to pay upfront for a private ward for 3.5 days. She was discharge early from the hospital after 2.5 days. I asked the staff at reception what the claims process was and they said that someone would contact me to sort it out. Needless to say, no one did. In fact I had to contact them. They gave me a for to fill out, which I did and sent it off to them on "***" on 03 May 2016. Despite trying to follow up with them I have had no response whatsover to date. This is pathetic servive.</p>
