Pathetic Case Managers
Pathetic service at Life Wilgeheuwel. Case managers only request authorisation for procedures after it has been done - and then it was scheduled not even emergency! They just shrug their shoulders and you have to pay the bill. Don't ever go to a Life Hospital EVER!!
