Parklands Springs disappointment

The service has decreased tremendously. Tv mounting is unsafe. Walls paint coming off. Exposed wires on remotes. Light fittings loose in ceiling. Life support equipment on the floor. Medication schedules not kept. Drips refills have to be requested. All and all such a disappointment. The meals are so small they barely enough to feed a small child.
