Parkland Clinic Springs nursing staff bad attitude

I am totally disgusted with nursing staff of Springs Life Parkland Clinic! My daughter dislocated her knee in front of her 5 year old. She screemed in pain. The child saw her mom being transported to hospital by ambulance and was in a terrible state. We went this afternoon to show her mom is ok & not dead. There was about 4 patients en route to my daughters room (each patient in their own room). A black nurse came looking for us telling us with no explanation that the 5 year old must leave the room. We asked why as this was a general ward and no one in the room but my daughter (todlers mom). They have rules... Ok where are they written? No they will still put the notice up! She was very arrogant and I went & called the Sister. The explanation about super bugs was not satisfactory as the ward doors are open and the whole day the visitors was allowed to go in & out. That is a rule that clearly states "VISITING HOURS ONLY" why are "some" rules bent! My 5 year old grandchild started crying because of this nurse was going on at her! My daughter had to climb into a wheelchair (which was very painful to her) and we had to wheel her out so that she could console her 5 year old todler. This is a private clinic that WE pay for! Absurd!
