Paeditric ward service SUCKS

The hospital is very nice and clean. But the service from the nurses is absolutely ridiculous. The paeditric ward is neglected and the nurses have not come to check on my baby for hours. I rang thr bell and the nurses come and say they are coming back, but hour later they are still not here. My daughter has pneumonia and has not been given her medication for hours. Its ridiculous!!
