Overdue account

After having been in hospital and treated with SO much hospitality I didn't expect to get a threatening letter over an account bill of 182 dated the 16th Jan ; received today 7th February. I didn't even know how what the amount is for no one called no one emailed or attempted to call me to tell me what is it I owe. Just a letter threatening to hand my account over to lawyers. I'm not impressed at all. They should get their nurses to do the collection or notifications. They were are kind.
